Cookies cannot run programs or transmit viruses to your computer. Their purpose is to make the website more user-friendly and effective overall.
(3) Use of cookies:

These session cookies are deleted when you logout or close your browser.
c) Persistent cookies are automatically deleted after a specified period, which may vary depending on the cookie. You can delete cookies in your browser’s security settings at any time.

The information generated by the cookie about the use of this website will not be passed on to third parties. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however, please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. If you do not agree to the storage and use of your data, you can deactivate the storage and use here. In this case, an opt-out cookie is stored in your browser that prevents Matomo from storing usage data. If you delete your cookies, this means that the Matomo opt-out cookie will also be deleted. The opt-out must be reactivated the next time you visit our site.
Section 4 Objection or revocation against the processing of your data
(1) If you have given your consent to the processing of your data, you can revoke this at any time. This revocation influences the permissibility of processing your personal data after you have given it to us. The legality of data processing based on the consent until revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
(2) If we base the processing of your personal data on the balancing of interests, you may file an objection to the processing. This is the case if processing is not particularly necessary to fulfil a contract with you, which is described by us in the following description of the functions. When exercising an objection like this, we request that you explain the reasons as to why we should not process your personal data as we have done. In the event of your justified objection, we will examine the situation and either stop or adjust data processing or point out to you our compelling legitimate reasons on the basis of which we will continue processing.
(3) Of course, you can object to the processing of your personal data for advertising purposes and data analysis at any time. The provider is Mittwald CM Service GmbH & Co. KG, Königsberger Straße 4–6, 32339 Espelkamp, Germany (hereinafter “Mittwald”).
For details, please refer to Mittwald’s privacy policy:
https://www.mittwald.de/datenschutz.
The use of Mittwald is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in the most reliable presentation of our website possible. Consent may be revoked at any time.
(2) SSL / TLS Encryption
This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or inquiries that you send to us as the site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the browser address line changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser’s address bar.
If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
Section 7 Data Collection on This Website
(1) Cookies
Our website uses so-called “cookies.” Cookies are small data packets and do not cause any damage to your end device. They are either stored temporarily for the duration of a session (session cookies) or permanently (persistent cookies) on your end device. Session cookies are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Persistent cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them yourself or until they are automatically deleted by your web browser.
Cookies may originate from us (first-party cookies) or from third-party companies (so-called third-party cookies). Third-party cookies enable the integration of certain services provided by third-party companies within websites (e.g. cookies for processing payment services).
Cookies have various functions. Many cookies are technically necessary, as certain website functions would not work without them (e.g. shopping cart functionality or video display). Other cookies may be used to analyze user behavior or for advertising purposes.
Cookies that are necessary for carrying out the electronic communication process, for providing certain functions requested by you (e.g. shopping cart function), or for optimizing the website (e.g. cookies for measuring web audiences) (necessary cookies) are stored on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, unless another legal basis is specified. The website operator has a legitimate interest in storing necessary cookies to ensure the technically error-free and optimized provision of its services. If consent to the storage of cookies and comparable recognition technologies has been requested, processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of this consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR and § 25 para. 1 TDDDG); consent may be revoked at any time.
You can configure your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and allow cookies only in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general, and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be limited.
You can find out which cookies and services are used on this website in this privacy policy.
(2) CCM19
Our website uses CCM19 to obtain your consent for the storage of certain cookies on your end device or for the use of certain technologies and to document this consent in a data protection-compliant manner. The provider of this technology is Papoo Software & Media GmbH, Auguststr. 4, 53229 Bonn, Germany (hereinafter “CCM19”).
When you visit our website, a connection to CCM19’s servers is established in order to obtain your consent and other declarations regarding the use of cookies. CCM19 then stores a cookie in your browser to assign the granted consent or its revocation to you. The data collected in this way is stored until you request its deletion, delete the CCM19 cookie yourself, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies. Mandatory statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.
CCM19 is used to obtain the legally required consent for the use of cookies. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c GDPR.
Data Processing Agreement
We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) for the use of the above-mentioned service. This is a contract required under data protection law, which ensures that the provider processes the personal data of our website visitors only in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.
(3) Contact Form
If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact data you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR if your inquiry is related to the fulfillment of a contract or is necessary for carrying out pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of inquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR), if this has been requested; consent may be revoked at any time.
The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request its deletion, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your inquiry has been fully processed). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.
