What You Will Do
We are looking for a Warehouse Clerk who will perform manual and clerical duties related to the shipment of materials and finished products shipped via third party carrier.
How You Will Do It
- Process shipments; locating pallets on picklist with accuracy, organizing and preparing pallets for shipping
- Handle the movement of pallets and on and off trailers and other vehicles by using forklifts
- Receiving and documenting incoming shipments.
- Data Entry into ERP system
- Inspects incoming trailers to be used in shipping of product and materials for safety issues and damage before loading
- Keeps warehouse clean, orderly and in safe condition at all times
What We Look For Required Skills/Experience
- 1-3 years of related experience with consistent work history. Previous experience in shipping & receiving setting strongly preferred
- Forklift experience required
- High-energy individual with a strong work ethic
- Self-motivated with the ability to work with limited supervision
- Independent decision maker as needed to accomplish tasks
- Well-versed at creating shipping invoices and labels
- Able to lift to 50 lbs
- Complete a pre-employment background & drug screen
